Job Purpose

The Project Manager will oversee various elements including planning scheduling budgeting progress and coordination of resources. This is a PMC role and the PM will be responsible for overseeing and execution of engineering procurement and construction (EPC) operations. This role involves strategic planning resource management and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives timelines and budget constraints.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the planning execution and delivery of the Project.
  • Lead and manage the scope for the project ensuring the integration and alignment of all project activities with the strategic objectives of the EMPLOYER.
  • Establish program governance ensuring adherence to project management standards procedures and frameworks.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients supervision consultants contractors vendors and regulatory authorities ensuring consistency and collaboration alignment and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plan.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and the client detailing progress challenges and solutions commercial status risks etc.
  • Ensure effective risk management strategies are in place to mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to review engineering designs ensuring constructability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure the program meets time cost quality and safety targets while maintaining compliance with all contractual requirements.
  • Guide and mentor project team members promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to maintain project support and mitigate any concerns.
  • Act as the primary interface between stakeholders facilitating communication and resolving escalations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 20 years of construction experience in projects. 10 Years as Project Manager. At least 5 years in GCC region.
  • High Rise experience
