We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager ID - Site to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure development and site management projects in one of the worlds most exciting and rapidly growing cities.

• Lead and manage complex site development projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects engineers contractors and local authorities
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations providing regular updates and presentations on project progress
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards in Dubai
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance project management culture

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on infrastructure development or construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale site development projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira)
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks
• Superior stakeholder management and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure development and site management practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
