About the Role:

Our client, a well-established company with 75 years of industry success, is seeking a Project Manager (Gas Distribution, LPG, CNG) to oversee key projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company is a leading gas distribution provider, serving major clients.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage end-to-end gas distribution projects, ensuring successful execution while adhering to safety regulations, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams consisting of engineers, technicians, and site personnel.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee all phases of gas distribution projects, from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for LPG and CNG distribution.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that work is completed according to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Identify and address project risks proactively, implementing corrective measures to maintain project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and regulatory permits.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in gas distribution, specifically with LPG and CNG projects.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering gas distribution projects on time, within budget, and in compliance safety standards.
• Strong understanding of gas distribution systems, safety protocols, regulations, and engineering design principles.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai safety codes and local regulations for gas distribution.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field) is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
