The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to local authority regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD, Trakhees).
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completion.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
