Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead VisionPLUS card system migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy platforms to VisionPLUS. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation within strict timelines and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end VisionPLUS migration projects (issuer/acquirer or both)
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
• Manage migration phases: data extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party processors
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, regulatory, and bank security standards
• Oversee system integration with:
  • Core Banking Systems
  • Switches & Networks (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
  • Fraud, AML, and Reporting systems
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and provide mitigation plans
• Manage UAT, certification, parallel run, and production go-live
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
• Support post-go-live stabilization and handover to operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domain
• Strong hands‑on experience with VisionPLUS migration or implementation
• In-depth understanding of:
  • Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement)
  • BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalization
  • Experience managing vendors and card processors
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project management
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migration
• Exposure to multiple card platforms (VisionPLUS, Way4, TSYS, FirstVision)
