We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Cards & Payments for a leading bank in Sharjah. This role requires hands‑on banking experience within the GCC region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Cards & Payments initiatives (Issuing, Acquiring, POS, Digital Payments, Wallets).
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to go‑live.
• Drive implementation of Card Management Systems, Payment Gateways, and regulatory‑driven projects.
• Ensure compliance with GCC Banking Regulations, PCI‑DSS, and Central Bank guidelines.

🔹 Required Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Mandatory experience working directly within a Bank in the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Card issuing & acquiring lifecycle
• Payment switches & gateways
• Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wallets)
• SWIFT / RTGS / Payment clearing systems
• PCI‑DSS & regulatory compliance
• PMP / Prince2 certification preferred (not mandatory).
