As a Project Manager you will oversee high-rise tower and residential construction projects in the UAE and will have a strong background in managing large-scale developments, with a proven track record in project execution, coordination, and consultant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of high-rise and residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing according to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of consultants, ensuring compliance with design intent, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve project schedules, construction methodologies, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure quality and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are strictly enforced on site.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project progress, milestones, and challenges.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of total experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Project Manager working in a Consultant Supervision role.
• Extensive experience in high-rise towers and residential construction projects within the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
