Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UAE-based site experience, preferably in Trakhees jurisdiction.
• Proven track record in delivering G+10 to G+20 projects.
• Trakhees and Dubai Municipality (DM) accreditations are mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Trakhees regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Should hold Trakhees cards for engineers.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules; report progress to stakeholders.
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Review and help prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Lead site teams and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
