Technical Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate residential solar PV projects from design finalization through commissioning and handover.
  • Review technical drawings, layouts, single‑line diagrams (SLDs), and BOQs in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Conduct technical site surveys to assess structural feasibility, electrical readiness, shading analysis, and installation constraints.
  • Support system sizing, equipment selection, and configuration validation in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and ensure adherence to approved technical specifications.
  • Monitor on‑site installation quality, safety practices, and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Manage troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Oversee inverter configuration, grid synchronization, and performance testing.
  • Coordinate with authorities and utilities for approvals, inspections, and grid connection processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of as‑built drawings, commissioning reports, and compliance records.
  • Support Operations & Maintenance planning including system performance checks and preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Maintain technical communication with procurement to ensure equipment compatibility and availability.

Requirements
Education & Experience
