A dynamic event production company in Dubai is seeking a Programming Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live events. You will manage schedules, coordinate with talent, and ensure all programming elements are ready. The ideal candidate has a background in event programming and excels in communication, organization, and teamwork. A minimum of 2 years in content coordination and a bachelor's degree in a related field are required. The role also demands flexibility during event periods.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in event programming, content coordination or cultural project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, talent communications, and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong knowledge of live event production and technical requirements.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and management of event programming schedules, content formats, and calendars.
• Coordinate logistics, deliverables, and requirements with artists, speakers, and cultural partners.
• Liaise with internal teams to align programming goals and feasibility.
• Track contracts, technical riders, and program assets ensuring timely submission.
• Manage databases, programming grids, and run-of-shows with accuracy and updates.
• Assist with onsite event execution including rehearsals and show cues.
• Conduct research on new talent and cultural trends to inform programming.
• Document post-event reports, feedback, and performance metrics.

About the Role

As Programming Coordinator youll help drive the heartbeat of our live and experiential events. Working closely with the Programming Manager youll coordinate the planning scheduling and execution of dynamic content from talent bookings to show timelines ensuring every element is aligned polished and ready to go live.

What Youll Do

Support the creation and management of event programming schedules content formats and calendars

Coordinate with artists speakers performers and cultural partners on logistics deliverables and requirements

Liaise with internal teams (creative production operations) to align programming goals and feasibility

Track contracts technical riders and program assets ensuring all materials are submitted on time

Manage databases programming grids and run-of-shows with accuracy and updates

Assist with onsite event execution including rehearsals show cues and talent management

Conduct research on new talent cultural trends and experiential formats to inform future programming

Document post-event reports programming feedback and performance metrics

What You Need to Apply

2 years of experience in event programming content coordination or cultural project delivery

Proven ability to manage schedules talent communications and cross-functional workflows

Strong knowledge of live event production and technical requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic a plus

Bachelors degree in Event Management Media Arts or related field

Excellent command of Microsoft Office Google Suite Airtable/Trello or other project management tools

Based in the UAE with full working rights
