A global automotive leader seeks a Program Quality Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to oversee quality across development, launch, and production phases. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and has at least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within the automotive sector. Responsibilities include leading quality initiatives, data analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a chance to influence product quality and standards globally, and candidates with Arabic proficiency will have a competitive edge.
Onsite: This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to General Motors Middle East Academy full time.
The Program Quality Engineer serves as the central point of contact for all quality-related matters for a defined program across the full lifecycle, from early development through manufacturing and into the field. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure segment-leading quality performance and customer satisfaction. The Program Quality Engineer will lead early issue identification and resolution, drive robust launch execution, and provide clear, data-driven insights to senior Quality and Program leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence major product programs and to shape global quality planning processes and standards.
