The incumbent as a Bakery Product Trainer is a key professional whose primary responsibility is to ensure that all bakery staff members are effectively educated and well-versed in the companys bakery products recipes and production standards. This role involves a combination of skills in instructional design teaching and bakery product knowledge aimed at enhancing the skill set of staff. The role holder will be tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive bakery training programs that cater to the diverse learning needs of employees.
