The Role
A reputable and well-established medical device company is actively recruiting a product specialist for their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Define a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objectives, and targets for surgical products.
- Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Manage and build long-term professional customer relationships.
- Deal with customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Provide customers and healthcare professionals with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations.
- Identify areas of improvement by monitoring and analyzing sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional, sales, and educational material.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences and represent the company and products effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and monitor competitors\' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience within the medical devices industry.
- Must have life science, biology, or lab experience.
- Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
