About the Role

Primarily responsible for product planning and management tailored to the Middle East and Africa regional markets and user characteristics.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market feasibility studies for new products and propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning. Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations;
  • Responsible for defining products and setting development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition. Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points.
  • Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis.
Qualifications
  • Professional Skills:
    • Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles;
    • Familiarity with product planning and development processes;
    • Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies, understanding of market and user research processes, and fundamental approaches.
  • Comprehensive Qualities:
    • Passionate about creating hit products; dedicated to researching automotive innovation technologies; market-savvy; strong verbal communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible with a strong sense of dedication; adept at applying new methodologies to solve problems; active thinker with a love for learning;
    • Aligns with leading culture; possesses excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and planning abilities.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Prior experience in product planning or overseas product planning is preferred.
