Join us as a Product Manager Intern where you’ll work at the intersection of customer experience, technology and business strategy across some of Amazon’s most critical teams—including Retail, Advertising and Merchant Services.

Key job responsibilities
In Retail:
  • Gain a deep understanding of Amazon’s e‑commerce operations
  • Work alongside Vendor Managers to grow strategic brands within key product categories (e.g., fashion, electronics, grocery)
  • Analyze customer and category data to identify performance improvements
  • Support cross‑functional teams such as in‑stock marketing and supply chain
In Amazon Advertising:
  • Learn how display advertising integrates with the customer shopping experience
  • Assist account managers with creating data‑driven client‑ready proposals
  • Understand Amazon’s advertising portfolio and contribute to custom campaign opportunities
In Merchant Services:
  • Support third‑party sellers using Amazon’s marketplace and service tools
  • Build market intelligence to identify target sellers and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with account managers to drive seller engagement and performance
Cross‑functional Projects:
  • Identify customer pain points and areas for business improvement
  • Suggest enhancements to product tools or processes
  • Work with product category and technical teams to implement changes
A day in the life

Amazon Merchant Services covers all third‑party merchant activity related to selling on Amazon, as well as the specific services and products we offer to help develop and grow these sellers. As an intern you will be responsible for helping our account managers deliver new business growth across Amazon’s third‑party merchants.

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, management, economics, e‑commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics or related field
  • Highly proficient in both written and verbal English
  • UAE National with Family Book
