Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for our Cleaning Equipment portfolio—from strategy and innovation to updates, improvements and phase‑outs.
  • Drive product development by defining requirements, working closely with suppliers and ensuring continuous technical and digital advancement.
  • Manage supplier performance and collaborate with procurement to secure strong partnerships and a resilient supply chain.
  • Own the product pipeline, identifying market needs and opportunities that shape future solutions.
  • Equip the organization to sell successfully by developing clear២០ product training and supporting Technical Sales Managers with sales targets and forecasts.
  • Monitor market and_PropertyCheck the competition to protect and grow market share, aligning brand and pricing with commercial teams.Represent the portfolio externally at conferences and customer events, strengthening our technical and commercial position.
  • Stay ahead of regulations and influence standards related to cleaning products.
  • Optimise operations through smart inventory policies, efficient logistics, and collaboration with Demand Planning and Technical Operations.
  • Champion digital innovation by identifying opportunities for new technology, apps, and cross‑solution products.
Who You Are:
  • Master’s degree in engineering, technical studies, or business—or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within the maritime sector.
  • Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English; confident presenting in a multinational environment.
  • A self‑driven, structured and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work independently.
  • A collaborative mindset—a team player who is open to new ideas and contributes positively across functions.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision‑making.
