Qualifications

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the product vision roadmap and success metrics for GenAI-powered offerings.
• Align product direction with business goals market trends and user needs.

Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to collect and prioritize product requirements.
• Monitor industry trends competitive landscape and evolving GenAI use cases.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering design and data science teams for effective product delivery.
• Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

Customer-Focused Product Development

• Champion intuitive scalable and responsible user experiences in AI product design.
• Incorporate feedback and performance insights into product iterations.

Data-Driven Optimization

• Track key metrics user behavior and engagement to inform product decisions.
• Adjust product roadmap based on real-time data and feedback.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary product liaison during onsite UAE engagements.

• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AI ethics data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Management Computer Science Business or a related field
• 10 to 12 years of experience in product management with significant exposure to GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions
• Hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLAG etc.)
• Proven record of launching AI-based products at scale
• Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
• Comfortable working in high‑paced client‑facing environments
