Job description

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and iteration of assignment and matching tools for couriers (from research to rollout and iteration)
• Own and improve core marketplace KPIs: Done Rate, RpH/MpH, utilization
• Design and run experiments to drive marketplace efficiency, without harming user trust
  Collaborate primarily with:
• Analytics (deep dives and research, causal inference, dashboards, experimentation design),
• Marketplace Efficiency team (policy, incentives, ranking/priority logic),
• Supply team (courier experience, incentives, segmentation),
  and partner with Geo and Ride Hailing teams, when needed, to land algorithmic and operational improvements at scale
• Monitor marketplace health; proactively surface risks, and propose corrective actions across cities and segments.
