Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be managing procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services at competitive. This role requires a strategic negotiator who can optimize supply chain efficiency and implement digital procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and timelines.
  • Implement ERP and e-procurement systems.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Manage procurement risks and contingency planning.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in procurement within construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the development and construction of building sectors and villa compounds.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Experience with UAE procurement regulations and construction materials.
