Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PRO Service Executive with Digital Media Marketing expertise to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will handle government-related processes while also supporting the company’s digital presence and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – PRO Services:

• Manage all PRO-related activities including visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and immigration procedures
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and other UAE government authorities
• Handle company trade license renewals, establishment cards, labor files, and compliance documentation
• Monitor visa expiry dates, renewals, and cancellations for staff and management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding PRO services and timelines

Key Responsibilities – Digital Media Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Handle social media accounts (content posting, engagement, and basic analytics)
• Create marketing content such as posts, captions, flyers, and promotional creatives
• Support online branding, lead generation, and visibility initiatives
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
• Update company profiles on digital platforms and directories

Skills

• Proven experience as a PRO Service Executive in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE visa, labor, immigration, and government procedures
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media management
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals
