We are looking for a motivated and reliable secretary for our Cruise Ship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing incoming calls and emails, organizing meetings and appointments, and other tasks as assigned.

Overview

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently without constant supervision, as well as the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of computers is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, manage incoming calls and emails, organize meetings and appointments, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments; take notes during meetings; maintain accurate records of all office activity; provide general clerical support when needed.
  • Ensure that all relevant documents are available when needed, and create documents where necessary.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
