Job Overview

The Practice Manager Digital at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is a senior full‑time position based in Dubai. We are seeking a Practice Head Digital to lead our business growth across the GCC region. This role blends strategy, business development, presales leadership and delivery collaboration to drive digital transformation success for enterprise clients.

You will shape and execute go‑to‑market strategies, build strong OEM alliances, mentor presales teams and collaborate with delivery to ensure customer success all while achieving revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 12 years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML and application services.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/ML and application services.
  • Experience working with Gov on digital transformation and E‑services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
  • Experience with solution‑based selling in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in business development pipeline growth and revenue achievement.
  • Technical depth to converse with customers and delivery on solution and architecture.
  • Ability to think out of the box and be creative in approach.

  • Automation & Low‑Code Platforms: Awareness of BPM and low‑code/No‑code platforms (Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, Camunda, IBM BPM, Nintex etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute the regional GTM strategy for Digital and Software services aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across target industries.
Business Development & Opportunity Management
  • Drive account penetration, cross‑sell and upsell initiatives with Strategic and VIC customers. Build and manage a robust qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Qualify and manage opportunities collaboratively with sales teams to ensure high win rates.
Technology Alliances & Vendor Management
  • Strengthen OEM and strategic technology partnerships to enhance solution offerings and co‑selling opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, pricing models and certification compliance.
Presales Leadership & Solutioning
  • Lead and mentor presales teams to develop compelling proposals, demos, POCs and solution workshops. Articulate business value differentiation and measurable outcomes in all client engagements.
  • Oversee solution architecture estimations and proposal responses to RFPs ensuring alignment with client needs.
Delivery Collaboration
  • Partner closely with delivery and engineering teams on project scoping, estimations and resource planning.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer commitments through regular cadence with delivery leads.
  • Provide pipeline forecasting and capacity planning inputs to ensure operational readiness.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
  • Develop strong executive relationships with customer CXOs and key stakeholders. Engage CXOs and key stakeholders through strategic discussions, workshops and solution roadmaps.
  • Create and execute long‑term engagement plans to drive digital adoption and annuity growth.
  • Measure and communicate customer success outcomes through proactive governance and feedback loops.
Differentiation Branding & Thought Leadership
  • Drive initiatives with marketing and sales to promote solutions via case studies, campaigns and industry events.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in digital transformation through articles, presentations and public forums.
  • Collaborate with delivery to develop accelerators, reusable assets and innovative solution frameworks to enhance competitiveness in target industries.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies and evolving customer needs to continuously refine GTM and solution strategies.
