Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct initial nursing assessments, make appropriate referrals, and deliver patient‑centered care under approved clinical competencies.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions while maintaining patient safety and following clinical guidelines and pathways.
  • Use clinical equipment and resources responsibly, including monitoring medical supplies and performing required safety checks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication to support continuity of care and timely escalation to registered nurses.
  • Provide patient and family education throughout the care journey, addressing concerns and contributing to a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in quality, safety, audit, research, and service‑improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
  • Support colleagues through supervision and on‑the‑job guidance while pursuing ongoing professional development and required Continuous Medical Education (CME) hours.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Nursing (minimum 18 months)
  • Valid UAE medical license (Department of Health/Dubai Health Authority/Ministry of Health)
  • Active Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS certification relevant to the specialty
  • At least 2-year post-qualification, preferably in a JCIA‑accredited facility
