Job Description

• Operational Strategy & Execution and Manage plant operations, product scheduling, quality assurance, and maintenance of plant manufacturing.
• Experience in the field of Plant Operations, Quality assurance, Strategic planning and Capex.
• Worked in industry related to terminations, cables and connector related manufacturing.
• Understanding of Financial figures and their impact on growth of company.
• Responsible for managing Operations P&L Plant manufacturing.
• Oversee manufacturing facility and ensure operational efficiency.
• Developing production plans, managing budgets, and integrating new technology.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across unit.
• Reduce waste and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with project leaders to define objectives, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead cross-functional departments including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring alignment and seamless integration.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Introduce modern technologies and automation systems.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on manufacturing performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.
