A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5-10 years of building construction experience, preferably in the UAE. The role involves reviewing contractor submissions, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with project stakeholders for seamless project execution. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and outstanding knowledge of construction sequencing and risk management are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • UAE driving license and own car required.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing contractor submissions, baseline, lookahead schedules, and reports.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections.
  • Preparing executive reports, delay, and cost analysis.
  • Close coordination with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Salary: AED 12,000 - 18,000 (Based on UAE experience)

Availability: Immediate joiners or 1-month notice acceptable

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in building construction; UAE experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, EOT forensic delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk registers
  • Ability to review schedules, cash flow, manpower, and subcontractor progress
  • Skilled in coordination, progress tracking, and claim analysis
  • UAE driving license and own car required
