Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate from an accredited institution (minimum one or two years).
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • UAE Nationals may be considered as fresh graduates.
  • Good standing certificate from previous licensing authority (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of medication names, basic medical terminology, and pharmaceutical calculations.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.
  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
  • Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory.
  • Process insurance claims and maintain records.
  • Provide information to patients on medications.
