About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant / PRO to support the setup and day-to-day operations of our new Dubai office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and is confident in taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities—from managing administrative processes to supporting senior executives and liaising with external stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient launch of our new office and the continued organisation and effectiveness of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the end‑to‑end setup of the Dubai office, including suppliers, utilities, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of setup tasks.
  • Source and manage office supplies and furniture.
  • Support with high‑level communications and follow‑ups where needed.
  • Maintain an organised and systematic filing system (digital and physical) for office and employee records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear documentation.
  • Manage employee records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant with local regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and induction materials.
  • Represent the company professionally when speaking with clients or guests.
  • Ensure the office remains tidy, well‑organised, and compliant with company standards.
  • Take initiative to improve systems and workflows where appropriate.
