• Support the HC lead in identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching and share with practice line leadership team.
• Job evaluation & grading
• Drive the goal-setting process across the business unit, advising managers on performance appraisals.
• Partner with business units to establish employee performance goals and ensure regular reviews.
• Facilitate orientation programs on the performance management process, promoting fairness and transparency.
• Provide guidance to managers on managing poor performers and recognizing high performers.
• Support the HC lead in identifying training needs and sharing them with leadership for development opportunities.
• Design and lead change management initiatives to foster employee engagement and development.
