As part of the Regional team, you will report directly to the VP of HR and play a critical role in shaping a people-first culture where teams are empowered, inspired, and equipped to thrive.

Covering multiple countries across the GCC, you will lead a talented People team and champion a holistic Talent & Culture strategy that positions our client as an employer of choice in the region.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Set the vision: co-design and implement a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with their regional growth ambitions
• Enable the business: partner with leaders to align people priorities with business goals, ensuring a consistent, engaging employee experience across the lifecycle
• Develop leaders & teams: build robust succession plans, foster leadership capabilities, and deliver impactful learning & development programs
• Drive engagement & culture: champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while embedding our client values in day-to-day operations
• Lead & inspire: build, mentor, and energize a high-performing People team trusted by the business

The profile we are looking for:

• 10+ years of international experience in senior HR leadership roles (HR Director, Talent Director, VP People) within Retail, Consumer Goods, or other fast-paced industries
• Proven track record in building and executing Talent & Culture strategies, with strong expertise in leadership development
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive transformation in dynamic environments
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build credibility across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English
