People and Culture Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Responsible for supporting the company's HR operations, providing support to the business units in all HR related matters, and ensuring that the company is compliant with all employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the company's objectives and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain the HR database, ensuring that employee information is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance, conduct performance appraisals, and manage the performance improvement process.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure that the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are integrated into all aspects of HR.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
