Job summary

A leading aesthetic clinic in Dubai seeks a Patient Coordinator to manage client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate can join immediately and will significantly contribute to enhancing client experiences and generating sales leads.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience working as a client relation executive in an aesthetic clinic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE Experience in healthcare is preferable.
  • Arabic speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming clients and ensure professional communication.
  • Prepare and record all paperwork accurately.
  • Update staff on appointments and cancellations.
  • Assess customer needs to enhance satisfaction and generate sales.
  • Resolve problems efficiently while mediating between patients and clinic care.

Job description:

Patient Coordinator with Plastic surgery experience. Manage all incoming clients and any phone calls in a professional manner.

Ensure all paperwork (digital and non-digital) is prepared, recorded, and filled accordingly.

Ensure all Clinic staff are continuously advised and updated on appointments, cancellations and any rescheduled appointments.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads.

Resolve any problems that arise in a timely manner, and act as a mediator for the care and treatments that are being provided by Maris Clinic to the patient.

Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Greet customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment.

Take the extra mile to engage customers to turn their inquiry into sales

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience working as a client relation executive in a aesthetic clinic.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

UAE Experience in healthcare is preferable

Arabic speaking is a must

Can join immediately to one month
