You will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and facilitating communication between patients and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor helping them feel comfortable and valued
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments managing the clinics calendar effectively
  • Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of patient information
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to enhance communication
  • Provide information regarding clinic services treatment options and follow-up care
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns efficiently and with empathy
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient care and clinic operations
Requirements
