As the Partnership Director, You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems for Arabic.AI. The role focuses on creating sustainable growth through alliances with hyperscalers, system integrators, resellers, distributors, and strategic partners. The manager will enable partners to deliver Arabic.AI solutions (AI Agents, Apps, Academy, Content Lab, Ureed.com) at scale, while driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Requirements
Partnership Strategy & Growth :
  • Define and execute the partnership and channel development strategy across GCC and beyond.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners (hyperscalers, GSIs, LSIs, VARs, distributors).
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and structure win–win go-to-market models.
  • Work with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) to unlock joint funding and GTM programs.
Channel Enablement :
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and sales playbooks.
  • Develop co-branded marketing assets and run joint campaigns with partners.
  • Support partner teams with proposals, demos, RFPs, and solution positioning.
Revenue & Performance Management :
  • Drive and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Build dashboards and reporting on partner pipeline, performance, and ROI.
  • Ensure quarterly and annual revenue targets are met through partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth partner integration.
  • Align with leadership on strategic accounts and co-sell opportunities.
Advocacy and Market Representation :
  • Represent Arabic.AI at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Build strong advocacy networks with decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic alliances, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in GCC / MENA.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), GSIs, and local SIs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced revenue and co-sell initiatives.
  • Previous experience in AI, SaaS, Cloud, or IT services organizations strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to both enterprise / government accounts and SMB channel ecosystems.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring partnership performance.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
