100% Remote Full-Time role
(Egypt Lebanon Pakistan or Kenya)

Role Overview

You will lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Meta LinkedIn TikTok and Microsoft Ads. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of performance from media planning and setup to optimization reporting and scaling. Success is measured by business matrix like revenue qualified leads ...etc.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution3>
  • Manage paid media execution aligned with business goals (leads revenue ROAS CAC).
  • Plan budgets and platform mix across Google Meta LinkedIn TikTok and Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage different types of campaigns: lead generation, video views, app download, retargeting …etc.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bids, audiences and creatives.
  • Adhere to the optimization checklist, taxonomy and best practices.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive ongoing improvement and document findings (critical).
Tracking Measurement & Optimization
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms.
  • Support offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations when required.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear optimization actions.
  • Run structured testing on ads creatives, audiences and landing pages.
Creative Direction & Performance Input
  • Define ad messaging and copy angles by funnel stage and recommend copy.
  • Guide creative testing (hooks, formats, CTAs) and provide performance feedback.
  • Prepare clear monthly performance reports with KPIs and recommendations.
  • Communicate results, insights, risks and next steps in a way clients can easily understand.
Job Requirements
  • 5‑7 years of experience in paid media.
  • 5‑7 years of experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience in TikTok Ads, SnapChat Ads, LinkedIn Ads is a strong bonus.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills (read, write and speak).
