Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct interactions with potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities by visiting potential clients.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide customers with product demonstrations and detailed information.
  • Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to strategize and improve sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver s license and own vehicle (preferred, depending on the role).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or higher; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
