The role requires in-depth knowledge of the Oracle HR payroll module and strong HR policies. The ideal candidate will ensure effective payroll operation, deliver professional customer service, and identify opportunities for process improvement. This position demands 4-7 years of experience in Payroll and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4 – 7 years’ experience in Payroll, with at least 3 years in a relevant role.
• Ability to operate all aspects of the Oracle HR payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process all Payroll activities related to the assigned asset with zero errors.
• Ensure payroll runs effectively and on time.
• Deliver professional customer service delivery.
