About the Role

We are hiring one of our Dubaibased clients. Looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional to join our IT Product Factory Team as an EPM Suite Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology experience in agile development environments and a desire to contribute to innovative software solutions in Engineering Consulting Operations and Project Management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert‑level support for the Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules (TRCS EPM PBCS FCCS).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax, reporting and financial consolidation.
  • Assist in system configuration maintenance, optimization and user training.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve support requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support efforts, resolutions and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address bugs, enhancements and escalated issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements, features and best practices.
Key Requirements
  • 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle EPBCS Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of EPBCS, TRCS, PBCS, FCCS and EPM modules.
  • Proven client‑facing support experience with effective communication and resolution skills.
  • Experience in at least one end‑to‑end EPBCS or EPM implementation is a plus.
