Matchworkers International (MI) is an established international services business with 25 years in market and growing fast. Demand across European markets is accelerating, and we’re hiring an Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and clarity across the business.

This is a hands-on role (circa 75%) focused on execution, coordination and delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the operational glue across our main team; client delivery, recruitment, immigration and partnerships
  • Directly manage assistant managers in each team
  • Ensure processes are followed, issues are surfaced early, and delivery runs smoothly
  • Improve cross-team communication, workflow and efficiency
  • Provide clear, accurate operational reporting to the CEO and CFO
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive practical improvements across teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Operations experience in a B2B services, agency or consulting environment
  • Exposure to recruitment and/or immigration (direct or adjacent)
  • Strong process discipline with a delivery-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing managers and holding teams accountable
  • Confident operating just below executive level
  • CRM experience (any platform)
