Overview

The Role: This opportunity is with a leading Media Production Company based in Dubai, UAE. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions of the production house to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations including production planning, logistics, and execution
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness
• Supervise production schedules and streamline workflow processes
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (technical crew, production support, admin staff)
• Handle procurement of production equipment and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at studios and on-location shoots
• Act as a bridge between creative and operational teams for smooth project execution
• Provide strategic input and daily oversight of production operations
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to operational planning and improvements

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the media or production sector
• Proven expertise in managing fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Experience working in media production, operations, or production management is essential
• Preference for candidates with exposure to regional or international client coordination and production scheduling
• Strong strategic planning capabilities and hands-on involvement in daily execution of operations
• Direct reporting experience to senior leadership (e.g., CEO) is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
