A leading event organizing company in the UAE is seeking a candidate with an events background to support project execution and manage logistical planning. The role requires excellent administrative and project management skills, along with strong communication abilities. Duties include supporting event operations, administering timelines and budgets, and coordinating with third-party contractors. The ideal candidate will have integrity and a dedication to ethical practices in event management.

Suitable candidates for this role must have excellent administrative skills, ability to create, manipulate and utilize spreadsheets, word processing programs and proof read and review accurately. Good project management skills and in-depth understanding of the events industry. You will have strong oral and written communication skills and have a high degree of integrity and a high sense of personal and professional ethics. You must come from an Events background.
