This is an exciting opportunity for a senior executive with experience in delivering transformations to join an impressive team of operating partners at an established sovereign wealth fund. The successful candidate should be capable of driving change and unlocking value across complex organizations by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team.

What the job involves

• Providing impactful advice to facilitate transformation across complex organizations in all sectors of the portfolio
• Offering credible transformational insights to senior management and ensuring their successful implementation
• Collaborating with other senior operating partners and executive professionals to identify and implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio
• Working with a broad range of high-profile organizations, deploying significant capital, and managing a vigorous flow of deals to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Experience in delivering transformation in international corporates, either from a top-tier consultancy advising such companies or from a senior operational/transformational role within a corporation
• Significant operational experience supporting businesses across various sectors
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the credibility to coach and influence CEOs
• Credibility with C-suite executives of portfolio companies, taking accountability for results with sound judgment, credibility, and humility
• Willingness and ability to be based full-time in Riyadh
