Job summary

A leading offshore services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects and hold relevant safety certifications. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills to ensure compliance with safety protocols and ADNOC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN OSHA and ADNOC scaffolding regulations.
• Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET H2S PTW Work at Height).

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities at offshore sites.
• Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety briefings before commencing work.
