Role Overview:

We are getting ready to launch a new phase of ‘Ghraas’, our annual Graduate Development program which will give the attendees a robust foundation in the financial domain. We are looking for Emirati graduates with a good academic track record, strong financial acumen and life skills who are interested in pursuing a career in Finance.

‘Ghraas’ is a comprehensive one-year contractual engagement that includes a fully customized one-year upskilling journey conducted in association with world class training providers, On-the-job practical experience at DoF, Professional Qualification support and more. This programme is designed to help candidates develop the knowledge, skills, and mindset of a DoF professional and build their career path towards becoming a future leader at DoF. High performers may also have the opportunity to be hired at DOF at the end of the contract.
