Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service (Emiratized Role) to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for sales, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
  3. Respond to customer queries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  4. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex problems when necessary
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems
  6. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service quality
  8. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
  10. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
Qualifications
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
