Administration
  • Manage company licenses, certificates, contracts, and official records.
  • Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, insurers, suppliers, IT support, and HQ.
  • Handle travel bookings, events, meetings, utilities, office supplies, and vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain filing systems, correspondence, calendars, and general office operations.
  • Oversee company vehicles, PR materials, and service providers.
  • Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including visas, flights, hotel bookings, and all related coordination.
Accounts & Finance
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, cash flow updates, and business plan inputs.
  • Manage petty cash, online banking transactions, and supplier/customer relationships.
Corporate Tax & VAT
  • Support VAT return preparation and ensure correct VAT treatment on transactions.
  • Maintain Corporate Tax and VAT documentation for compliance and audits.
  • Coordinate with auditors/tax advisors and stay updated on UAE tax regulations.
HR
  • Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave tracking, HR letters, and personnel files.
  • Handle visa processing, labor contract renewals, and government coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and resolve employee queries professionally.
