Office Assistant Job

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful applicant will work closely with the team to provide administrative support and ensure smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
• Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Answering telephones and taking messages.
• Assisting with data entry and document preparation.
• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
• Maintaining a neat office environment.
• Providing general support to other staff members.
• Assisting with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing systems etc would be beneficial but not essential

Salary: AED 1700 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are happy to consider an immigrant for this position if they meet the requirements of the job description above.
