Office Assistant (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position is open to Indian nationals with proficient English language skills, living in Abu Dhabi, UAE. No prior experience is required as we are looking for freshers who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to all departments, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with various tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant team member
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
