Job Description:

A prestigious VVIP family in Dubai is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse cum Caregiver to provide personalised care at their premium residence. The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) in their home country, Arabic speaker, and have at least 2 years of nursing or caregiving experience. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare and caregiving services in a private, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to the family member(s), including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing basic medical needs.
• Assist with daily personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance, as required.
• Develop and maintain personalised care plans based on individual health needs.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, adapting care routines to the preferences and lifestyle of the family.
• Communicate effectively with family members and other staff, providing regular updates on health and well-being.
• Support the and social needs of the family member(s), fostering a positive and respectful relationship.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from the home country.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a nurse or caregiver.
• Arabic - onlyspeaking (reading and writing is not required).
• Strong understanding of patient care, including administering medication and handling medical equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in private residences, with VIP or VVIP families, or in a luxury environment.
