Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with guests.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar).
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless overnight operation while delivering guest experience.
• Balance daily financial transactions and prepare key reports.
