Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, install, assemble, maintain, and provide technical support for systems used in the workplace.

Main Responsibilities

• General and Specialized Tasks: Performing all tasks related to installation and configuration of network equipment and user devices
• Participating in network management operations and handling all network devices
• Knowledge of how to use all support tools and means used to provide technical support
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Providing technical support for user devices and their accessories and maintaining them, including printers and networks
• Monitoring all network devices and servers and ensuring their high-quality performance and stability
